About this Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will serve as a vital individual contributor within our dynamic sales team. You are responsible for driving the entire sales process from lead generation to collection. Managing diverse stakeholders, including Distributors, Hospitals, Doctors, Biomedical and Purchase Managers, you will serve as the primary point of contact. Your core responsibilities include strict adherence to Noccarc's defined sales process while innovating to secure orders over competitors.
Driving market development, your duties extend to identifying Distributors and Key Opinion Leaders, as well as active participation in Expos, Conferences, and various Marketing events.
Base Locations Available: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and collection targets in the territory.
- Adhering to the defined sales plans.
- Generating leads through Cold calls, Distributors, KOLs and existing customers.
- Collect Sales Funnels and Forecast in defined format from distributors.
- Being the product expert in the market to address all product queries of distributors and customers.
- Providing solutions to all the queries related to product, commercials and company to distributors and customers.
- Providing timely reports to HO as per defined process without fail.
- Establish and manage relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders and existing customers.
- Participating & representing Noccarc at marketing events such as expos, conferences and CMEs.
- Training and guiding distributor sales team on product and sales process to perform and win.
- Being honest with all the stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in selling high-value medical equipment to Hospitals.
- Proficient in English and a regional language.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
